Steep lot, big grade change, and the homeowner wanted to turn the whole slope into usable space. We designed it as a tiered build — multiple retaining walls stepping up the slope instead of one giant wall. Between the tiers we built formed concrete pads for seating and living areas, stone steps connecting the levels, and a finished patio surface on top. Walls, concrete, and finish work all handled in one continuous project. This one was a beast, but the before-and-after is pretty satisfying.
