Not your standard raised garden beds. The homeowner wanted planters big enough to put actual trees in — which meant they had to be structural, not just decorative. We ripped out the existing slab, poured new concrete footings, and stacked structural block up to the height they wanted. Backfilled with good topsoil and finished the edges clean. These aren't going anywhere, and the trees have room to actually put down roots.
