The homeowner had a sloped yard and an RV with nowhere to park. No flat ground, no access, no way to get it off the street. We built them one. The site needed a full excavation and a proper retaining wall to hold back the grade — a multi-course block wall with a French drain tucked in behind it to deal with water pressure over the long haul. From there we backfilled, compacted the pad, and finished it off into a parking surface solid enough to hold a full-size RV without settling. One of those jobs where the end result looks simple, but everything under the surface is the part that makes it last.
