This was one of the bigger jobs we've taken on — a multi-phase site infrastructure project for a private institute on Vancouver Island. We cut a new road through forested terrain to get equipment onto the site, graded the whole property, installed underground fire suppression tanks, and built multiple structural lock-block retaining walls. Different kind of job than a backyard build — heavier equipment, longer timeline, more coordination — but the approach is the same: get the dirt work right and everything built on top of it holds up.
